Current database setup

At this time, Google Sheets is the database solution I currently use and support for my custom website and admin-system projects, usually connected through Google Apps Script. Projects that specifically require MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase, or enterprise-scale database architecture are not part of my current standard service and must be discussed separately before I accept the project.

Information collected

Depending on the form, Ads Success PH may collect your name, email, contact details, business information, project requirements, campaign details, selected package, budget information, and customer review.

Purpose

Your information is used to review inquiries, evaluate project requirements, prepare for requested services, communicate with you, manage lead or project status, and moderate customer reviews.

Storage and access

The current system uses Google Sheets connected through Google Apps Script. The database spreadsheet should remain restricted and is intended for authorized Ads Success PH admin access only. Public sample and package images may be stored separately in a publicly viewable Google Drive folder.

Retention and requests

Submitted records are kept while needed for inquiry, service, review, or administrative purposes and should be reviewed periodically. You may contact Ads Success PH through its official contact channel to request correction or deletion of your submitted personal information, subject to applicable obligations.

Security reminder: Never submit your Facebook password, email password, bank PIN, OTP, or other account password through these forms.
